  • a packet of four angled beans (roughly 15 stalks of it)- cut into smaller sizes

  • garlic
  • oil

method:

- add a little bit of oil, stir-fry garlic + dried shrimp until the dried shrimp turn red/cook

- add in the four angled beans

- stir-fry it until the vege is cooked

** tips: no need salt becoz the dried shrimp is tasty enuf **

it's that easy..... if i can cook it, you definitely can also.....

result: not so bad taste.... hubby also finished half the plate of this dish without any complain.

Nice food. We also tried this with long beans... You can try frying the dried shrimps first and separate it from the vegie. Add in the fried dried shrimps later so that they are crispy. Slurpp, slurrp...
