fruitty jelly * this is the usual konnyaku jelly powder that i bought to make the variety of jelly *
i onli drink kopi-O(means coffee without milk for me, pls)......... but last week, i experimented with coffee flavoured jelly.......why coffee flavour? dunno-leh.... just for fun.... as it turned out, the jelly was bitter... as in very BITTER... hehehehe.... too kiasu of me to put in coffee powder the size of a yogurt cup... hubby did not eat even a piece coz he's not a coffee lover too.....

and today, i tried out jelly with red dragon fruit for my dear hubby(since he didn't get to eat any jelly last week... poor him coz jelly is his fav).... the result: nice colour(dunno why it became purple colour, supposedly red rite? & it's not too sweet.....

my MIL said next time can try to blend the fruit to make juices and mix with the jelly instead of using cut fruits... see how next time....
