my dear hubby is off to japan today for a 6 days business trip (again!).... each time my relatives/ friends would say how nice is it that he get to go to japan so frequently.... some of them wish that they are in my hubby's shoes.... and most of them will ask me, how come I don't follow him to his business trip?
but NO.... my dear hubby has set his rule very clearly.... I can never ever tag along with him to any of his business trip.... be it locally or overseas..... reason: BUSINESS is BUSINESS......
hmmm... i can accept that rule now after so many years(for the past 6 years, to be exact) coz i have been getting the same answer when I said I wanna tag along with him...... a big NO....
which means these days, I do not bother to repeat back the same question to my dear hubby: CAN I TAG ALONG, pleaseeeeee?
truthfully, which wife/ gf do not mind that their hubby/ bf to be frequently away for business trip? if i can tag along, "lain cerita" lor..... hehehe....
but I know that my dear hubby would prefer not to travel so frequently also if given the chance... and i know it's true.... coz he look sad each time before he travels... poor him....
miss you dear...

(sharing this email article with all of you)
Green tea has increasingly become a very popular drink worldwide because of its immensely powerful health benefits. It is extraordinarily amazing what green tea can do for your health. And if you're not drinking 3 to 4 cups of green tea today, you're definitely NOT doing your health a big favor.
Here Are The 25 Reasons Why You Should Start Drinking Green Tea Right Now:
1. Green Tea and Cancer
Green tea helps reduce the risk of cancer. The antioxidant in green tea is 100 times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times better than vitamin E. This helps your body at protecting cells from damage believed to be linked to cancer.
2. Green Tea and Heart Disease
Green tea helps prevent heart disease and stroke by lowering the level of cholesterol. Even after the heart attack, it prevents cell deaths and speeds up the recovery of heart cells.
3. Green Tea and Anti-Aging
Green tea contains antioxidant known as polyphenols which fight against free radicals. What this means it helps you fight against aging and promotes longevity.
4. Green Tea and Weight Loss
Green tea helps with your body weight loss. Green tea burns fat and boosts your metabolism rate naturally. It can help you burn up to 70 calories in just one day. That translates to 7 pounds in one year.
5. Green Tea and Skin
Antioxidant in green tea protects the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals, which cause wrinkling and skin aging. Green tea also helps fight against skin cancer.
6. Green Tea and Arthritis
Green tea can help prevent and reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. Green tea has benefit for your health as it protects the cartilage by blocking the enzyme that destroys cartilage.
7. Green Tea and Bones
The very key to this is high fluoride content found in green tea. It helps keep your bones strong. If you drink green tea every day, this will help you preserve your bone density.
8. Green Tea and Cholesterol
Green tea can help lower cholesterol level. It also improves the ratio of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol, by reducing bad cholesterol level.
9. Green Tea and Obesity
Green tea prevents obesity by stopping the movement of glucose in fat cells. If you are on a healthy diet, exercise regularly and drink green tea, it is unlikely you'll be obese.
10. Green Tea and Diabetes
Green tea improves lipid and glucose metabolisms, prevents sharp increases in blood sugar level, and balances your metabolism rate.
11. Green Tea and Alzheimer's
Green tea helps boost your memory. And although there's no cure for Alzheimer's, it helps slow the process of reduced acetylcholine in the brain, which leads to Alzheimer's.
12. Green Tea and Parkinson's
Antioxidants in green tea helps prevent against cell damage in the brain, which could cause Parkinson's. People drinking green tea also are less likely to progress with Parkinson's.
13. Green Tea and Liver Disease
Green tea helps prevent transplant failure in people with liver failure. Researches showed that green tea destroys harmful free radicals in fatty livers.
14. Green Tea and High Blood Pressure
Green tea helps prevent high blood pressure. Drinking green tea helps keep your blood pressure down by repressing angiotensin, which leads to high blood pressure.
15. Green Tea and Food Poisoning
Catechin found in green tea can kill bacteria which causes food poisoning and kills the toxins produced by those bacteria.
16. Green Tea and Blood Sugar
Blood sugar tends to increase with age, but polyphenols and polysaccharides in green tea help lower your blood sugar level.
17. Green Tea and Immunity

22. Green Tea and Tooth Decay
Green tea destroys bacteria and viruses that cause many dental diseases. It also slows the growth of bacteria which leads to bad breath.
23. Green Tea and Stress
L-theanine, which is a kind of amino acids in green tea, can help relieve stress and anxiety.

How's that for only some of the health benefits that green tea has to offer you? Almost miraculous, I'd say. Now, your health is in your hands. You know you're smart. So, start drinking three to four cups of green tea every day for a drug-free and healthier YOU!

do you believe in eternity?
i mean do you believe in lasting relationships?
be it friendship, marriage or love?
even before i got married, I alwiz believe that "EVERY BEGINNING, THERE IS AN ENDING"
and until today, I still do
how true is it? just see the number of ppl who broke up, divorce or losing a friend (for many reasons e.g. quarrels / accidents)
GOD has arranged things to happen for a reason.... i also believe that "EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON (GOOD REASON)"
treasure the one you love for as long as you can( be it friends, family, hubby/wife etc).... we would not know when it will END but at least we were happy in the BEGINNING.....
i finally manage to see my cute lil' nephew after almost two months when SIL dropped by yesterday... MIL no longer babysitting him... that explains why i have not uploaded any photos on bb chung wei...
updates on him: he can sit up... he can lay down and turn his body around and around... no more struggling....
and here is the photos:

which means another one month time for us to pack our things & get things ready for the new house..... basically, all the essential items have been installed... house grill, kitchen cabinet, fans, lightings, shower heaters etc...... however, we yet to clean the whole house thoroughly & we yet to paint the walls....
so... this coming few weekends, we will still be busy with cleaning / painting/ packing & later unpacking..... sigh..... luckily hubby is around.....

i usually conduct the first level of interview for my boss (since she is so so busy with her work). I will then shortlist those "better" candidates for her. A few main points that i look for when I conduct interview.
- appearance: no need someone with a model look. we just need someone who is presentable.
- dressing: preferably formal (first impression is very important mah)
- application form: thank god if all candidates can fill up all the required info
- documents: i mean certificates & UPDATED passport size photo
- conversation skill: basic good spoken English (since we spend most of the time on the phone talking to customer)
(Un)fortunately today is not a good day for interviews. Today we had three (3) candidates.
Candidate A
- appearance: average- dressing: semi-formal
- application form: i can onli see scribble of words......
- documents: no SPM certificate. reason given: dunno where she put it liao. no updated passpost size photo also. reason given: the shop that she goes to do not hv express photo service. hello! is that the onli photo shop around??? and i had actually informed her four days earlier to get ready for interview..... sigh....
- English: average
reason to leave current company: wanna join a bigger company like ours.... but our company not that big oso..... hehehe
Candidate B
- appearance: average
- dressing: very IN. thought she's going for modelling job
- application form: all info fill up......
- documents: all complete except of a UPDATED passport size photo (she brought one that has a young model look)
- English: below average
reason to leave current company: wanna learn more new things (but she onli work at her current company for about two months plus onli)
Candidate C
- appearance: below below average (sori to say but she reminds me of a drug addict)
- dressing: casual
- application form: all info fill up
- documents: all complete except of a UPDATED passport size photo (forgot to bring... good excuse huh???)
- English: below average
reason to leave current company: for a better working environment.... how good is GOOD?
IN CONCLUSION: it ain't easy to shortlist anyone of them for 2nd interview, rite? and this is so TRUE......
